Art Therapy Session with Rutgers Graduate Community

On May 9, 2025, Erguvan Studio organized an art therapy workshop at the Center for Advanced Biotechnology and Medicine, Rutgers University. The event brought together nine graduate students and faculty members for a two-hour creative session.

Led by Art & Design students Miranda and Samiye, the session was structured in two parts. The first half focused on quiet, individual linework. In the second half, participants engaged in conversation while coloring in their artwork—offering both time to focus and space to unwind.

Refreshments included homemade cookies, fresh simit, and hibiscus sherbet.

This workshop is part of our ongoing efforts to create accessible and low-pressure art experiences for students and educators. We appreciate the Rutgers team for making this collaboration possible!
