Erguvan is more than an organization—it’s a dream carried across cities, languages, and generations. We began with artists in a single room in İzmir, and today we are a growing community dedicated to using art as a way to nurture connection, healing, and meaning.
From workshops and mentorship to public events and creative projects, everything we do is rooted in one simple idea: that every human has something beautiful to offer, and that beauty is worth sharing.
Every project is shaped by young artists, mentors, and volunteers who bring their skills and heart into shared work.
From printmaking to poetry, children’s classes to film—Erguvan keeps expanding, always open to new voices and visions.
Erguvan is a home for young people who want to build a better world without giving up who they are. Whether through art, mentorship, or bold community ideas, we help each other grow into fuller, more grounded versions of ourselves. Our spaces center youth voice, imagination, and responsibility—because this generation isn't waiting to lead. We're already doing it.
Erguvan isn’t a one-time workshop or a seasonal program—it’s a living, breathing network. We build platforms where young creators and thinkers can stretch, experiment, and belong. From local gatherings to global collaborations, our goal is to make space: for curiosity, for self-expression, and for sustainable, meaningful contribution.
We move with intention, not just momentum. Our choices come from within.
Every project starts as a question. Art is our way of searching for answers.
We didn’t start Erguvan with a roadmap—we started with a feeling. Over time, we found our direction by noticing what kept us grounded. These values guide our choices, shape our projects, and help us stay true to who we are, even as we evolve.
We choose depth over speed. We grow step by step, together.
We design with others in mind. Listening builds better outcomes.
We believe in unlearning, relearning, and staying curious.
We value showing up as we are. No masks, no pretenses.
We believe responsibility can be light. Commitment doesn't have to be heavy.
We celebrate slow work, invisible work, and meaningful work.
We inspire creative action and lifelong learning by combining the arts with education, dialogue, and community care. Through youth programs, art education, cultural exchange, and meaningful service, we aim to grow together—and grow better.
