California Summer Camp 2022 at Redwood National

As part of Erguvan’s 2026 Summer Internship Program, our members visited galleries, stopped by souvenir shops, had ice cream, and met people in Old Sacramento.
Stop one was for coffee, at the Blueprint Coffee Project. As members visited nearby shops, conversations with owners turned toward art—many had their own connections to art, design, or other creative fields. This also gave our members an opportunity to introduce Erguvan and share what we were working on in Woodland. The group visited the Artists’ Collaborative Gallery, where work by multiple local artists is displayed and sold.
Overall, the trip was a great chance for our members to explore Sacramento, especially those visiting for the first time. We hope to return again soon—and as Erguvan Art Center continues to grow, we also hope it becomes one of the places people make time to visit when they are in Woodland or the greater Sacramento area.
